Above The Timberline

Directed by Keli Crawford-Truckey

I was the Production Stage Manager for NMU’s world premiere production Above the Timberline, and we worked directly with the playwright, Greg Manchess. This production was the most tech-heavy show I had ever experienced, with hundreds of sound effects, lighting cues, projected scenery from the playwright, full sized Polar Bear puppets and more. Along with all of my other PSM duties, I was in charge of firing all the cues from a master cue list. Below is the calling script that I used as well as some of my paperwork from the production.

*More examples of paperwork are available upon request

Below are the videos of me calling scenes 1, 8 and 14. Though I didn’t normally call most of this, since I was hitting the GO button myself, I called the show one night as practice to keep myself familiar with calling a show live.
